COMMISSION INFORMATION

1) For all price ranges, the lower typically covers more simplistic/easy-to-draw designs, while higher involves elaborate/complicated designs. Extremely complicated/vast designs or elaborate scenes may exceed listed maximum price.
2) Heavily simplistic character designs may cost less than listed prices.
3) Color Gradient/Pattern backgrounds do not cost any extra! You can also request multiple iterations of a piece (Transparent, unshaded, etc.)

Terms of Service

1) General Terms

- Provide comprehensible and clear reference material (If not available, provide detailed verbal descriptions to the best of your ability)
- Please write in a clean, clear and specific manner
- Any rude behavior will not be accepted and your commission may be cancelled
- I reserve the right to refuse to take on any commission for whatever reason- Use my work for reselling designs/characters

2) Payment

Commissions have the option to be paid either;
- In full/up front
- Half up front, and half once the sketch is approvedThe only payment I currently accept is USD on PayPal, though Ko-Fi may be an option in the future

3) Process

The time for a commission to be completed can take up to 6 months depending on factors such as; my health, complexity, the order size, etc.Special/big orders such as larger quantities or incredibly detailed pieces will likely exceed the 6 month wait time. The estimated TAT will be discussed together with commission details. This might also occur if I am experiencing an injury that impedes my ability to draw, which will be disclosed.

4) Client Satisfaction

- I will do my best to leave clients happy and satisfied :)
- I'm able to make changes throughout the process when WIPs are provided
- After a piece is finished, I'm willing to make small changes (such as adding an earring or freckles, etc.)
- Any large changes after completion will result in an extra charge
- Make sure you're clear in your order with what you want!

5) COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY

The artist holds every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I am allowed to;
- Post it wherever I wish to
- Display it anywhere to my liking
- Promote myself with it in any place or siteThe commissioners are allowed to;
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless discussed otherwise
- Print the art, and claim the right of their character/s but not the drawing itself
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artistIf you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement (and therefore NOT allowed):
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially: (Meaning making money off of it in any way)
- Altering the artwork without my, the artists, consent
- Taking credit for the creation of the artwork
- Removing/obstructing/obscuring any watermark/signatures
(I currently am not offering the purchasing of commercial rights to my work.)Credit is ALWAYS required for usage of the artwork, even if rights are purchased, or the art is edited.

6) CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have the right to cancel or demand a refund only in the following circumstance:
- You request a refund within 3 days of the first payment & I have not yet started working your commission
or
- There is an emergency on your part, of which you can provide some proof. In case of an emergency, I will give you a refund for the amount of work that has not been completed.

NOTES
- Alteration of the work is explicitly allowed in bases, such as coloring, accessory additions, and small edits. Credit must always be visible regardless of edits made to bases.
